ZuppiGo is a small online pet store based in New Jersey, USA. We sell a short list of things for dogs and cats, and every one of them is there because it fixes an everyday problem: the cat that won't drink, the dog that drags you down the street, the hair on the couch, the litter on the floor.
How we choose products
- One job each. If we can't say in one sentence what problem a product solves, we don't sell it.
- Ships from the USA. Everything leaves from warehouses in the United States, so orders arrive in 3 to 8 business days instead of weeks.
- Honest reviews. Where our supplier's marketplace has reviews from real buyers of the same product, we show all of them, good and bad, and say where they come from. Where there are none yet, we say so.
- Free shipping, 30-day returns. No surprise fees at checkout. If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, we replace it or refund you without asking you to send it back.
